Midwest Lockouts LLC may, in select promotional material, make claims of "Guaranteed Entry." "Guaranteed Entry," from this point to be referred to as The Guarantee, should be understood to pertain to situations in which the recipient The Guarantee has lost access to their residence or automobile. When The Guarantee is made, Midwest Lockouts LLC alleges that the locksmith representative who will travel to the site of work to be performed will be able to provide access of property to the recipient of The Guarantee. If The Guarantee cannot be met and the locksmith on site is unable to provide access, no service fee, trip charge, or other form of payment will be required or requested.
Midwest Lockouts LLC may, in select promotional material, make claims of "Lightning Fast Arrival Times." "Lightning Fast Arrival Times," from this point to be referred to as LFAT, should be understood to pertain to situations where the recipient of LFAT has lost access to their residence or automobile. When the claim of LFAT has been made, Midwest Lockouts LLC alleges that the locksmith representative will arrive to the requested service site within 45 minutes of the locksmith being dispacthed. If LFAT is known to be unavailable, the individual requesting service will be advised of this fact and given an estimated wait time, at which point they may confirm or deny the request for service. LFAT is not a guarantee and in no way should be known as such.
